Oil immersed type transformer

Product Description

 

SCB series dry type transformers refer to transformers in which the core and windings are not immersed in insulating oil.
The cooling methods are divided into natural air cooling (AN) and forced air cooling (AF).
When natural air cooling, the transformer can run continuously for a long time under the rated capacity.
When forced air cooling, the output capacity of the transformer can be increased by 50% in short time. It is suitable for intermittent overload operation or emergency accident overload operation; due to the large increase in load loss and impedance voltage during overload, it is in an uneconomic operation state, so it should not be kept in continuous overload operation for a long time.

Advantages
 

1 - The core is wound with amorphous alloy strip,and the structure of three-phase five-column core or three-phase three-column coil core is adopted as required.The section of the core is rectangular.
2 - The high voltage coil adopts segmented cylindrical coil,thin insulation sealed vacuum pouring,large capacity winding with axial air passage,high voltage resistance level of the coil,low local discharge,dust prevention and cooling effect.
3 - Low voltage coils using foil coil,layer between the DMD heat curing presoak cloth,effectively solve the low voltage,high current coil using wire-wound ampere-turns imbalance problem,at the same time foil coil axial spiral angle,there is no short circuit when the transformer under axial force was much less,good manufacturability,additional loss is low,antishort circuit ability.

4 - According to the user's needs,can be configured with ordinary steel palte,aluminum alloy or stainless steel shell,protection grade IP20 and IP23,etc.
