Product Description

 The 24kV three-phase oil-immersed transformer applies new type insulation structure and improves the ability of short-circuit resistance.The iron core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon-steel plate.High-voltage winding group is made of high quality copper wires and it adopts multilayer cylindrical structure.All fasteners have been processed with special treatment to prevent them from loosening.

4 . Performance characteristics

Low loss and noisy
Compared with normal oil immersed power transformer has no oil storage box and adopts the corrugations on the oil tank as its heat-radiation parts
Oil tank is made by fine cold-rolled steel on an exclusive production-line
Corrugations can expand or contract according to the change of oil volume
Thus the inner space of transformer can be isolated from the air
which can reduce the aging speed of oil and prevent the insulation materials from damping
Oil-immersed transformer possesses a reliable operation and is free from maintenance

Tank

1.Continuing12hours under 20Kpa air pressure, it is no leakage and permanent distortion.
2.Each transformer shall be enclosed in a suitable stiffened welded steel tank of 3
mm thickness minimum
3.The construction employs wieldable steel of an approved grade and shall withstand an internal pressure of 30KN/M2 without permanent deformation
4.The transformer tank is vacuum-proof and suitable for outdoor installation.
5.hermetically sealed transformers with fins.
The tank will be equipped with standard accessories as follows:
-Oil drain valve fitted at the lowest point of the tank at one of the narrow sides,with oil filling facility.
-Oil filter valve located near to the top of the tank.
-2 earthing stainless steel M10 studs with nut and washer.
