1.Features

The three-phase oil-immersed distribution transformer produced by our company adopts a new insulation structure to improve the short-circuit resistance; the iron core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets; high-voltage windings are made of high-quality oxygen-free copper wire as the material , and adopts multi-layer cylindrical structure; all sturdy parts adopt special anti-loosening treatment.
The product has the characteristics of high efficiency and low loss, can save a lot of power consumption and operating costs, and has significant social benefits. It is a popularized new technology product.

 

2.Reliable Structure

Based on the traditional structure and mature technology, our company has made many improvements, such as:
1) Spiral coil with longitudinal oil passage, better internal heat dissipation;
2) Improved the effective support of the coil end surface, and the ability to resist short-circuit current is stronger;
3) The new hoisting structure and body positioning structure are adopted to ensure more reliable in long-distance transportation and operation;

3.Excellent Materials

1) Oxygen-free copper wire with lower resistivity is selected, and after a series of additional surface treatments, it is smoother and free of burrs and sharp corners, making the load loss of the transformer lower and the electrical performance more reliable.
2) Select high-quality silicon steel sheets. With the improvement of performance level, use silicon steel sheets with lower unit loss to make the transformer no-load loss lower.
3) Select high-quality laminated wood insulation parts, never crack, even under the action of short-circuit current, the wire will not move.
4) Transformer oil after deep filtration is selected. The lower water, gas and impurity levels make the transformer work more reliable.
5) Select high-quality rubber sealing materials to effectively prevent aging and prevent leakage.
6)  All raw materials have passed the quality inspection, and all raw material manufacturers have undergone strict review in accordance with the national standard ISO9001 ,CCC.
