Product Description

 

The transformer can transform the voltage of the power network into the voltage needed by the system or load to realize the transmission and distribution of electric energy.Amorphous alloy transformer,as a kind of new energy saving tecnology power distribution equipment,energy saving effect mainly comes from the adoption of a new type of ferrous amorphous alloy material with excellent soft magnetic properties.

Advantages

1 - Amorphous alloy is a new type of strip.Amorphous alloy material does not have crystal structure.

2 - A new type of energy-saving transformer can be produced by using this material as core,the no-load loss is more than 75% lower than the current S11 distribution transformer.The iron core is a rolled iron core structure with three-phase five-column type and rectangular section.

3 - The coil is rectangular,and the high voltage is wound with enamelled acetal wire,while the low voltage is wound with flat wire of copper foil,to increase the ability of the transformer to withstand short circuit.

4 - The transformer connection group adopts DYN11 to avoid the influence of high-order harmonics,strong resistance to unbalanced load,and significantly improve the power supply quality.
 

5 - More stable internal structure, no malfunctions during transportation.
